Engage Building Products respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy applies to Engage Building Products and its product brands, FastPlank® Systems Inc., QuickPanel® Systems Inc. and EasyTrim Reveals® (together, “Engage,” “we,” “us” or “our”), and to the websites we operate, including engagebp.com, fastplank.com, quickpanel.com and easytrimreveals.com (collectively, the “Sites”).
Please read this Privacy Policy before using our Sites. By using our Sites or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites.
1.Who We Are
Engage Building Products is a manufacturer of architectural aluminum exterior building systems, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and selling across Canada and the United States. We collect and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian and US privacy laws, including Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
2.What Personal Information We Collect
Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address or company details.
Information you give us
You are not required to provide personal information to browse our Sites. We collect personal information when you choose to provide it, for example when you:
- Request a quote or estimate
- Request product samples
- Submit a contact, support or installation question
- Sign up for our newsletter, product updates or promotions
- Opt in to receive text messages
- Register for a dealer, distributor or trade account

- Connect you with the appropriate sales representative, dealer or distributor for your region

Service providers. Sales representatives, dealers and distributors. When you request a quote, samples or product information, we may share your contact and project details with the Engage sales representative, dealer or distributor who serves your region so they can follow up with you.
Legal requirements. We may disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, for example to comply with a subpoena, court order, warrant or regulatory request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Engage, our customers or others.
Business transactions. If Engage is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5.Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers solely to facilitate the delivery of SMS communications on our behalf.
8.Where Your Information Is Stored
Engage is based in Canada. Personal information may be stored and processed on our own systems or by our service providers in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate. When your information is outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including laws that allow disclosure to government authorities. We take reasonable steps, including contractual protections, to ensure our service providers protect your information in line with this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
12.Children’s Privacy
Our Sites are intended for adults and businesses in the construction and design industries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our Sites may contain links to websites operated by other companies, such as dealers, distributors, industry partners or social media platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Sites.
